I am the author of eight books and the founder and Executive Director of R.O.S.E.B.U.D.S./M.A.S.T.E.R. Mentoring Program for boys and girls. I have been working with youth for over 25 years, and it gives me purpose to help young people reach their purpose. What drives me is being of service to the community and helping individuals to reach and maximize their full potential.
