Host Monthly Chapter Meetings

Facilitate structured monthly gatherings for your local members. RSR provides the agenda templates, meeting scripts, and facilitation guides — you bring the energy and the room.

Welcome & Onboard New Members

Be the first face new members see. Introduce them to the RSR community, walk them through resources, and connect them to the right people — creating the belonging that keeps members engaged.

Promote & Grow Your Chapter

Be the first face new members see. Introduce them to the RSR community, walk them through resources, and connect them to the right people — creating the belonging that keeps members engaged.

Plan Local Events & Workshops

Organize additional events beyond the monthly meeting — panels, workshops, networking mixers, and speaker series. These deepen community engagement and are a primary source of chapter income.

Build & Lead Your Core Team

Recruit 2–3 women to serve as your local leadership committee — a co-host, a secretary, and a community outreach lead. You don't do this alone; you lead the team that makes it happen.

Report & Stay Connected Nationally

Be the first face new members see. Introduce them to the RSR community, walk them through resources, and connect them to the right people — creating the belonging that keeps members engaged.

A free call with the RSR team to answer your questions, confirm your city’s availability, and walk you through the licensing process.

2. Submit Your Application

Complete the short interest form and submit your $150 deposit. The RSR team reviews your application and confirms approval.

3. Attend Orientation

Your official onboarding into the Chapter Licensing Program. Receive your Launch Kit, branding assets, and meet your support team.
