Licensed Leadership Position
Reports To: Founder and CEO, ShaChena Gibbs
Classification: Volunteer Licensed Leadership Role
Term: One Year
Membership Requirement: Active paid RSRWBA membership required and maintained throughout service.
Position Overview
The RSRWBA National eChapter President leads the association’s virtual chapter experience, serving members across all geographic locations through online programming, engagement, and community building.
This role is considered part of the RSRWBA Licensed Leadership Program. Upon successful completion of the required leadership training and onboarding process, the eChapter President will automatically receive Licensed Leader status and all associated benefits without paying a separate licensing fee.
The eChapter President serves as both a community leader and a representative of the RSRWBA brand.

Primary Responsibilities
Member Experience
• Welcome and engage new members.
• Facilitate introductions and connections.
• Promote member benefits and pathways.
• Increase participation in the online community.
• Encourage renewals and member retention.
Virtual Programming
• Plan and host monthly eChapter meetings.
• Coordinate engaging activities and networking opportunities.
• Recruit guest speakers and facilitators.
• Promote national programs and campaigns.
Leadership Development
• Recruit and supervise an eChapter Leadership Team.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Mentor emerging leaders.
• Develop succession plans for future leadership.
Membership Growth
• Identify prospective members.
• Refer women into the appropriate membership level.
• Support membership recruitment efforts.
• Participate in referral initiatives.
Referral Compensation
The National eChapter President is eligible to earn commissions through the RSRWBA Member Referral Program.
Commission payments apply to qualified referrals that become active paying members and remain in good standing according to current referral guidelines.
There is no cap on referral earnings.
Leadership Team Structure
The National eChapter President may appoint:
• Vice President
• Membership Coordinator
• Community Engagement Coordinator
• Events Coordinator
• Member Recognition Coordinator
• Social Media Ambassador
• Technology and Zoom Coordinator
Appointments are subject to approval by the Founder and CEO.
Licensed Leadership Training Requirements
The National eChapter President must complete the RISE Leadership Certification Program within 60 days of appointment.
Training includes:

- Events and Programming
- Membership Growth Strategies
- Sponsorship and Partnerships

Upon successful completion, Licensed Leader status becomes official.
Performance Expectations
Success will be measured by:
• Monthly member engagement
• Attendance at eChapter activities
• Membership retention efforts
• Growth through referrals
• Leadership team development
• Completion of required reporting
• Adherence to RSRWBA values and standards
End of Term Opportunities
At the completion of the one year term, the National eChapter President may:
• Renew for an additional term.
• Transition into a local Licensed Chapter President role.
• Serve in another national leadership capacity.
• Mentor future eChapter Presidents.
